Bubbcue unveils a sizzling new look

US-style barbecue chain, Bubbacue, recently celebrated its re-opening in Callendar Street, Belfast, with a VIP party.

Originating from a pop-up style venue in 2012, Bubbacue has evolved its fast-casual offering and now serves authentic barbeque food in relaxed, informal surroundings.

Guests at the re-opening party were treated to tasters from everything on the menu, including meat that they ‘pulled’ themselves, giant couscous salads and spicy barbeque beans.

They also had their first taste of the exclusive ‘Bubbabrew’ beer that has been created for the brand by Boundary Brewing in Belfast.
