Eoin is new GM at The Culloden

Hastings Hotels has announced the appointment of Eoin O’Sullivan as the new general manager of its five-star Culloden Estate & Spa.

With more than 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, Eoin has spent the majority of his career in management roles at five-star properties including The Westbury in New York and London and Dromoland Castle in Co Clare. He has also held the position of group general manager of Unna Luxury Resorts and Residences in Barbados.

“I am delighted to take up the position at the helm of Northern Ireland’s premier hotel,” said Eoin recently. “I have joined at a very exciting time as the Culloden is in the final stages of a £4m refurbishment and I am looking forward to unveiling the renovations in the coming months.

“2017 is going to be the year of the Culloden and I am thrilled to lead a fantastic team of staff to ensure we offer our guests a first class service every time as we continue to lead the way as Northern Ireland’s foremost five star hotel,” Eoin added.
