Invited guests packed into Belfast’s brightest new culinary jewel recently to enjoy a taste of its eclectic menu while sipping sparkling wine and listening to the sweet sounds of smooth jazz vocalist Rosie Timoney.

Many even tried a spot of belly dancing as the charming Cida Arcanjo enticed them on to the floor.

Located at 11 Wellington Place in Belfast, the vibrant international fusion restaurant is the brainchild of chef and restaurateur Michael Karan, who moved to Northern Ireland from New Delhi 10 years ago. The sleek and sophisticated new eatery, which is on the site of Belfast’s famous eatery, The Carlton Restaurant, appeals to all tastes.
