Hotel Manager of the Year 2018

The winner of this award will be able to demonstrate commitment and be proactive in delivering continuous business improvement.  They will be a strong leader who can show their forward thinking approach to customer focus and service delivery.  They will be committed to developing both individuals and team and be relied upon to steer the team through difficult times

Entrants to this award will have been in their current role as a manager for two years up to and including 10th March 2018.  Entrants can nominate themselves or be nominated.  Entrants to this award will be asked to complete a short written submission giving further details.  The shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview by the LCN judges.
