They will have an innovative approach to creating new cocktails and signature drinks and have confidence and style when making and presenting cocktails.

Entrants to this award will be able to demonstrate extensive knowledge of spirits categories, premium brands and current drinks trends.  Entrants to this award will be asked to complete a short written submission giving further details.  The shortlisted candidates invited to attend a   cocktail competition to showcase their skills.
